Course Structure

They provide practical insights into the application of the principles in recent and revised IFRS that will apply to 2009 and later financial statements.

Fair Value Measurement

The new one-day workshop on fair value measurement provides more detailed guidance including case studies and other examples of the increased use of fair values and fair value accounting, in IFRS financial statements. It focuses on the determination of fair value measurements when accounting for business combinations and for intangible assets, the impairment of non-current, non-financial assets, financial assets and financial liabilities.
